Shri Venkateshwara University /VGI organized the National Youth Dialogue Program 2022 wherein Dr Jitendra Singh Science & Technology Minister GOI was the Chief Guest. On Dec 21st, the Venkateshwara Group of Institutions Meerut organized an orientation program, showcasing the courses & facilities of the education department. The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro-chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi, Meerut Campus Director Dr Pratap Singh, & the Chief Guest Dr Rajiv Gupta Regional Director HE inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati. Indian Kickboxing team won over 2 dozen medals at the Asian Kickboxing Championship at Bangkok

  It was a memorable day for the nation. Indian Kickboxers performed exemplary well to bag 1 Gold, 3 Silvers & 20 Bronze medals at the Asian Kickboxing championship held at Bangkok from Dec 10 to 18. In most events, Indian Kickboxers defeated their Pakistani opponents by giving excellent performance. Neena Neelkadan won Gold in the 86 KG category, followed by Raagit Bailak (60 KG), Shivani Rajhans (68 KG) & Harsimran Singh (86 KG) winning silvers in their respective categories. Dr. Santosh Agarwal & the VP of Kickboxing federation Dr Rajeev Tyagi accorded a ceremonious reception to the winners at the IGI airport on Dec 19th. The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri, Chairman of Vako Kickboxing Federation Dr. Santosh Agarwal & the VP of Kickboxing federation Dr Rajeev Tyagi, complimented the winning team on their momentous achievement. They reiterated their commitment to offer free of cost sporting facilities to national players for the upcoming World championship.

Venkateshwara Students win gold in the Athletics & Tug Of War events

  Venkateshwara Students won 2 golds in Athletics & Tug of war events winning 7 medals in total. Azha Khan, an MBA student of Shri Venkateshwara University & Captain of the National Tug of War team, won gold at the event. The Noida College of Physical Education & MD University Rohtak played host to the 53rd Inter colleges athletics meet wherein 2000 players took part in the running, throw & jumping events. The athletics decathlon event saw 60 colleges taking part in the 3 day event. The Venkateshwara Institute of Computer Science & technology (VICST) student Mr. Narendra Kumar, won gold by winning the first position in the Athletic Decathlon event held at Greater Noida. Mr Narendra Kumar pursuing BP.Ed.from VICST won gold by grabbing the first position in the athletics event.  Shri Venkateshwara University/Venkateshwara Group of Institutions organized a seminar on Right to education, equality & freedom marking the International Human Rights day. The event saw educationists stressing for economic & social parity for the entire world & work towards creating education, health, & ideological freedom for all. They also advocated the creation of Unified India by practicing the right to equality.
