Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute inaugurated the Venkateshwara Youth Festival 2023

 











Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute inaugurated the Venkateshwara Youth Festival 2023, marking the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.

SwamiJi was an inspiration for the youth, a legend who glorified the Indian culture all over the world.

The 3 day youth festival will have sports & cultural events, blood donation camps, traffic awareness, women empowerment along with over a dozen programs.

The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi, & the VC Dr Rakesh Yadav inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati & by offering flowers on the portrait of SwamiJi.

In his address, Dr Sudhir Giri reiterated Swami Ji glorified the Indian culture on the world forum that established India as a world leader. He inspired the youth to follow his ideals & work for the nation.

On the first day of the youth festival, we organized Unity run, Traffic awareness rally, and blood donation camp & tug-of-war events.

A human chain depicting the map of India reaffirmed our commitment to national unity & integrity. We also collected over 200 units of blood, showcasing our commitment to save lives.

Dr Rajeev Tyagi stressed that SwamiJi presented India as a world leader in the western world that increased the honour of the country. No doubt Swami Vivekananda is a youth icon. We should follow his path of peace, harmony & world unity for becoming a global leader.

Those present included the Registrar Dr Piyush Pandey, Meerut Campus Director Dr Pratap Singh, Alka Singh, Dean Dr Sanjeev Bhatt, Dr Sachi Ahlawat & Technical Supervisor Fahreen Jahan.

Shri Venkateshwara University /Institute held an orientation program called Diksharambh 2023 for the newly admitted students of session 2023. The college management greeted new students and urged them to enhance their skills and contribute to their country.   It was a momentous day for Shri Venkateshwara University as Dr Ram Yash Singh Joined as Director (Security & Administration). Dr Singh is a retired police officer who was Police Superintendent at Siddhartha Nagar, Banda, Bahraich & many districts. He was SP (City), SP (Crime), SP (rural) and Additional SP at over a dozen districts and comes with rich experience of security & administration.
