Shri Venkateshwara University and VGI Meerut hosted a one-day workshop on Skill Development, its impact, and the associated challenges.
Educationists discussed and developed strategies to make India the Skill
Capital of the world. The participants exhorted the youth to make India
self-reliant through skill India Digital India & Make in India campaign.
They encouraged everyone to realize PM’s Modi mission of making India the
Skill capital of the world.
The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi, CEO Mr.
Ajay Shrivastava, VC Dr Rakesh Yadav, CG Dr Chintamani & Dr Sazia Ajith
inaugurated the workshop by lighting a lamp to goddess Saraswati.
The Registrar, Dr Piyush Pandey, assisted them in inaugurating the event.
Over 100 educationists from different Universities, IIT’s, & skill
development centers interacted through hybrid mode in the 1-day workshop.
The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri reiterated India is a country of youth
& through the Skill India–Make in India campaign there is improvement not
only in their lifestyle but also in national income.
The Pro Chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi announced that to realize PM Modi’s mission
of making India the Skill Capital of the world, the Venkateshwara Group is
running the maximum vocational/skill development courses in the country.
Dr Chintamani Skill development consultant Amrita Vidyapeeth asserted
through skill development & Make in India production has increased
manifolds leading to a self-reliant country.
Dr Sazia Ajith, Chairman CSMS Institute Calicut, advocated that through
skill development, innovation & technology, Indians are making their
presence felt on the world stage.
Later, the Group Chairman, Dr Sudhir Giri & the Pro-chancellor Dr Rajiv
Tyagi, felicitated the participants by giving them a shawl & memento.
Those present included Dr Aslam from ATS group, Maroof Chaudhary, Vikrant
Chaudhary, Arun Goswami, Neetushree Pal, Akhil Nair, S Baghel, & the Media
